DESCRIPTION  OF THE  PROJECT
 
Why brothers on boat ? 
The brothers of  persons suffering disabilities  are, for force majeure, receiving less attention,  are the less remembered in the literature and less taken into consideration as regards events. In fact when we speak  if “familiy” we generally refer to the parents and all activities are related to them.
The brorthers of persons sufferig complex disabilities subjects of that initiative are sharing common difficulties such as:
- they are often at the borders of the parents’s attention and of all the family  since all the attentiono is reserved to the need of the suffering brothers.
-   They are contrarywise  the center of all parents’ expectations who are often investing all        hopes on them evidencing in such a way the difficulty of understanding their real needs and wishes
-      they have difficultied in expressing their feelings and emotions  both in the family gorup and with their contemporaries who seldom are able to undertand / to share the degree of  responsability they  have
 
The project is made for 15 boys and girls having a brother/sister suffering a rare genetic syndrome
 
The activity consists of a week of navigation on board of a  brigantine of the foundation  tender to nave ( http://www.tendertonaveitalia.com )
